RUSS engaged Emma as Project Manager on an ambitious and innovative self-build project in SE London. Guiding us through the challenges of an OJEU competition, a BAFO document and finally a Development Agreement with LBL, Emma conscientiously bridged the gap between raw but passionate volunteers and experienced building professionals, with an eye on councils and planners on the one hand, and our fledgling organisational governance on the other. Kind and tenacious, RUSS could not have achieved what we have without her.

We have engaged the services of Bringelly both to supplement our Project Management offer and to provide additional expertise in key sectors, particularly residential, and have found them to be responsive, diligent and committed to the high standards of service delivery we set for ourselves. We expect to continue to enjoy working with them in the future.
